- Garden Furniture: 2 Year Structural Warranty - covers manufacturing defects or faults with the frame and hardware. 1 Year Full Warranty on other components such as cushion covers and inserts, and glass, etc
- Parasols: 1 Year Structural Warranty - Any damage caused by extreme weather conditions are not covered
- Ex-Display Garden Furniture: 1 Year Structural Warranty - covers manufacturing defects or faults with the frame, hardware, and accessories excluding any imperfections on the product at the time of purchase
Rattan
- 5 Year Structural Warranty: covers manufacturing defects or faults with frames of rattan outdoor furniture
- 3 Year Weave Warranty: covers manufacturing defects or faults, plus other issues such as fading, cracking, or peeling with our rattan weave
- 1 Year Full Warranty: covers manufacturing defects or faults with other components of our rattan garden furniture such as cushion covers and inserts, and glass, etc
- Exclusions: Free Protective Covers are not covered by the product warranty. Any goods transported out of the UK are not covered by the product warranty
Exclusions
Wear and tear (scratches & knocks), misuse (accidental or deliberate), commercial use, failure to maintain, material failing due to exposure to chemicals or bio-fluids, incorrect assembly, fading due to direct sunlight, weather damage, free of charge protective covers, discolouration or rusting of fixing elements where structural integrity is not affected.
