The Saturn table is a large rectangular table measuring 220cm x 106cm, offering generous space as an 8 seater outdoor table. Farmhouse-inspired X-legs support a distinctive slatted top, blending bold modern structure with refined detailing. Fully crafted from weather proof aluminium, it will not rust, and features a premium crushed-almond grey powder-coated finish - an elegant colourway.

The Mia modern garden chairs feature robust aluminium frames requiring no assembly, finished in a powder-coated crushed-almond grey. With no fixed fabric elements, they can remain outdoors and be used immediately after wet weather. Premium cushions in boutique-inspired beige cream stripe outdoor fabric add comfort and should be stored when not in use. The streamlined silhouette balances practicality with a clean, contemporary aesthetic.

Our Delivery Methods

We ship to Mainland UK. We use 3 courier services depending on the products purchased.

Quatropi Delivery

This service is used for larger items like dining sets & sideboards which are delivered to ground floor of the property and left with the resident in up to 10 working days. For deliveries to Cornwall, parts of Devon, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, Cumbria and Scotland this may take up to 20 working days.

Parcel Courier

This service is used for smaller items which are delivered to the door of the address and handed to the resident in up to 3 working days.

Pallet Courier

This service is used for larger items suitable for pallet delivery which are delivered to kerbside/driveway of the address and left with the resident in up to 10 working days.

Premium Fast Pallets

This service is used for selected indoor and outdoor items that are suitable for pallet delivery. This is a faster pallet delivery which are delivered to kerbside/driveway of the address as quickly as possible and left with the resident in up to 3 working days.

Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item

Unwanted Products

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product(s). If you are not, you may return the product(s) to us unused and in a resaleable condition within 14 days, under our full money-back guarantee. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable. Goods requiring assembly are non-returnable once constructed. Additionally, you are responsible for ensuring that all product(s) are in their original packaging and securely wrapped.

If you have opted for Quatropi assembly on-site, you are responsible for checking the items before assembly begins to ensure they are suitable. Our Quatropi team is happy for you to inspect the colour, size, quality, etc., before proceeding with the work.

Exemptions to this guarantee are:

  • Custom-ordered/special order products
  • Products that have been assembled or used
  • Products without original packaging

Returns are free for all items delivered to Mainland UK, except for certain postcodes (details below). Returns to these postcodes incur a fee based on the products being returned. Excluded postcodes: JE, GY, IM, PO30-41, HS, KA27-28, KW, ZE, PA, AB, PH, IV, BT.

To start a return, you must contact us at service@quatropi.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. For larger items, we’ll send collection instructions—our team will handle the collection process. Please note that items sent back to us without prior return authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 working days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly. Ensure you check all parts for any issues before assembling the item, as we cannot be held responsible for damage identified after assembly. Email our customer service team at service@quatropi.com, attaching images or videos for the team to assess the fault. We will contact you to arrange a replacement if necessary.

If the packaging is damaged upon receipt, we recommend checking the products inside before signing for them. Please note that you are responsible for using the original packaging and securely wrapping the parcel when returning items. For orders delivered or returned using your own courier service, we cannot accept responsibility for damaged goods, and refunds or exchanges will not be available.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at service@quatropi.com.
