Our sofa warranties are based on our two main sofa types. Custom sofas are made to order with a choice of hundreds of fabrics. We aim to keep our stock sofas available for quick delivery, although they may occasionally be on pre-order.
Custom Made Sofas & Armchairs
This includes products from our made-to-order sofa collections.
- 1 Year Full Warranty: This covers manufacturing defects or faults with the upholstered interior of the products, including the foam, fibre, and feather, as well as the covering material.
- 15 Year Structural Warranty: This covers manufacturing defects or faults with the frame, springs, hardware, and feet of your new sofa.
Stock Sofas
This includes products from our stock sofa collections.
- 1 Year Full Warranty: This covers manufacturing defects or faults with the upholstered interior of the products, including the foam, fibre, and feather, as well as the covering material.
- 5 Year Structural Warranty: This covers manufacturing defects or faults with the frame, springs, hardware, and feet of your new sofa.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear (including scratches and knocks), misuse (accidental or deliberate), commercial or non-domestic use, failure to properly maintain the product, exposure to chemicals or biological fluids, incorrect assembly, fading or discoloration from direct sunlight, damage caused by pets or animals, stains or soiling, use on uneven or unsuitable flooring, or alterations or repairs not authorised by the manufacturer.
Indoor Furniture

Rattan
This includes products from our rattan garden furniture collections. All warranty periods begin on the date of dispatch.
- 1 Year Full Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects or faults with other components of our rattan garden furniture such as cushion covers and inserts, and glass, etc.
- 5 Year Structural Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects or faults with frames of rattan outdoor furniture.
- 3 Year Weave Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects or faults, plus other issues such as fading, cracking, or peeling with our rattan weave.
- Exclusions: Free Protective Covers are not covered by the product warranty. Any goods transported out of the UK are not covered by the product warranty.
Outdoor Furniture

Unauthorised Repairs
Any non-authorised repairs and changes made by you will void the warranty. Contact us to discuss options prior to instructing a third party to repair or amend the goods. Please be advised furniture shipped outside of the UK is not covered under warranty.

If you’re unsure whether your sofa is a custom design or a stock item, please contact our team. We’ll be happy to check your order and explain which type you have.
My warranty has expired - what can I do?
If your product warranty has expired, don’t worry! We may still be able to assist by sourcing spare parts, paints, or other solutions. Please contact our team, and we’ll do our best to help.
