Warranty

All products include a 1-year full warranty, plus extended warranties as standard on selected products. Find all the details about our warranties below.

Sofas Warranty

Our indoor sofa warranties apply to all sofa types and ranges, including stock sofas, pre-order sofas and made-to-order sofas.

1-Year Full Warranty: This covers manufacturing defects or faults affecting moving mechanisms, such as reclining systems, the upholstered interior of the product, including foam, fibre and feather fillings, and the covering material.
15-Year Structural Warranty: This covers manufacturing defects or faults affecting the frame, springs, hardware and feet of your new sofa.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear (including scratches and knocks), misuse (accidental or deliberate), commercial or non-domestic use, failure to maintain the product properly, exposure to chemicals or biological fluids, incorrect assembly, fading or discolouration caused by direct sunlight, water or humidity damage, damage caused by pets or other animals, stains or soiling, use on uneven or unsuitable flooring, or alterations or repairs not authorised by the manufacturer.

Unauthorised Repairs

Any non-authorised repairs and changes made by you will void the warranty. Contact us to discuss options prior to instructing a third party to repair or amend the goods. Please be advised furniture shipped outside of the UK is not covered under warranty.

Electrical Items & Accessories	1 Year Warranty - Covers manufacturing defects or faults with items such as lamps, mirrors, ornaments, and artwork, etc.

Ex-Display Furniture	1 Year Structural Warranty - Covers manufacturing defects or faults with the frame, hardware, and accessories excluding any imperfections on the product at the time of purchase.

General Exclusions

Ex-Display Garden Furniture	1 Year Structural Warranty - Covers manufacturing defects or faults with the frame, hardware, and accessories excluding any imperfections on the product at the time of purchase.
