Is assembly included?
No, this is not included as standard on any delivery services. Do you want you furniture assembled by our expert team? This service can be added to your order at a premium - the cost depends on the furniture that you have ordered. Contact the team to discuss adding furniture assembly to your order.
Can you leave in a safe place?
Deliveries must be signed for in all instances. The couriers are unable to leave parcels in your shed or garage, etc. Please ensure that you provide a daytime contact number on your order so the courier can contact you if necessary.
Can I book my delivery?
We are unable to pre-book delivery dates & times when placing your order. The delivery team will email you with a confirmed delivery day if your delivery method is Quatropi Delivery. The driver will call you 30 minutes before they arrive on your delivery day.
Why am I getting an error 'This order can't be shipped to the address you entered'?
It may be that we are unable to deliver to your address as you are in a location that is not covered by the required delivery method. Please contact us if you would like a delivery quote and we can investigate alternatives.
