Delivery

We ship to Mainland UK using three courier services, depending on the products purchased. Find all the details about our delivery service below.

Christmas Delivery

All orders placed on or after December 9th will now be delivered in the new year. However, for orders shipped via parcel courier, the cutoff date is December 18th, 2024. If you need delivery before Christmas, please get in touch, and we'll do our best to assist.

Quatropi Delivery

This service is used for larger items like dining sets & sideboards which are delivered to ground floor of the property and left with the resident in up to 10 working days. For deliveries to Cornwall, parts of Devon, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, Cumbria and Scotland this may take up to 20 working days.

Missed Deliveries

Please let us know a minimum of 1 full working day in advance if your confirmed delivery day is not suitable to prevent a redelivery fee. If you are not in for the delivery, the goods will be returned to the Quatropi warehouse and your delivery will be rebooked - which may take up to an additional 10 working days.

Assistance Required

Delivery will be with 1-man delivery service who may require assistance to site your furniture in the room of your choice. We are able to offer a 2-man delivery service at a premium - contact the delivery team if you wish to add this to your order.

Delivery Booked In

Yes - the customer will be notified via email or phone about your delivery slot. The driver will also call you on the day to advise of timing. Please check your junk folder as emails can be flagged as spam by some email providers.

Parcel Courier

This service is used for smaller items which are delivered to the door of the address and handed to the resident in up to 3 working days

Missed Deliveries

A calling card will be left for you to contact the courier directly to arrange an alternative delivery date if you are not home when they attempt delivery. If you do not contact them within the allotted time your parcel will automatically be returned to the Quatropi warehouse and a further shipping charge will apply for redelivery.

Tracking

You will receive an email containing a courier tracking link when we dispatch your item - this can take up to 48 hours to activate. Please check your junk folder in your emails as it is flagged as spam by some email providers.

Restrictions

None. Please get in touch if you are aware of any issues the delivery driver may encounter when attempting delivery.

Pallet Courier

This service is used for larger items suitable for pallet delivery which are delivered to kerbside/driveway of the address and left with the resident in up to 10 working days

Missed Deliveries

The pallet will be returned to the depot and you will be contacted to rearrange delivery if you are not home when the courier attempts delivery. If there is no contact, the items will return to the Quatropi warehouse and a further shipping charge will apply for redelivery.

Packaging

Items will be securely attached to a wooden pallet. The items will be delivered and left on the pallet. The customer will need to dispose of the pallet as the courier will not remove the items from the pallet or take the pallet away.

Restrictions

As it is a kerbside delivery with a pallet courier, this service is not suitable for properties with restricted access or some flats/apartments. If you opt for this service and you live in a flat/apartment your delivery method will be changed to a Quatropi Delivery automatically.

Premium Fast Pallets

This service is used for selected indoor and outdoor items that are suitable for pallet delivery. This is a faster pallet delivery which are delivered to kerbside/driveway of the address as quickly as possible and left with the resident in up to 3 working days.

Bookings & Missed Deliveries

The delivery is not booked in as it is aimed to be delivered as quickly as possible. If delivery is missed the pallet will be returned to the depot and tried to be redelivered as quickly as possible. If there is no successful delivery, the items will return to the Quatropi warehouse and a further shipping charge will apply for redelivery.

Packaging

Items will be securely attached to a wooden pallet. The items will be delivered and left on the pallet. The customer will need to dispose of the pallet as the courier will not remove the items from the pallet or take the pallet away.

As it is a kerbside delivery with a pallet courier, this service is not suitable for properties with restricted access or some flats/apartments. If you opt for this service and you live in a flat/apartment your delivery method will be changed to a Quatropi Delivery automatically and timing will be delayed and the additional premium refunded.

Is assembly included?

No, this is not included as standard on any delivery services. Do you want you furniture assembled by our expert team? This service can be added to your order at a premium - the cost depends on the furniture that you have ordered. Contact the team to discuss adding furniture assembly to your order.

Can you leave in a safe place?

Deliveries must be signed for in all instances. The couriers are unable to leave parcels in your shed or garage, etc. Please ensure that you provide a daytime contact number on your order so the courier can contact you if necessary.

Can I book my delivery?

We are unable to pre-book delivery dates & times when placing your order. The delivery team will email you with a confirmed delivery day if your delivery method is Quatropi Delivery. The driver will call you 30 minutes before they arrive on your delivery day.

Why am I getting an error 'This order can't be shipped to the address you entered'?

It may be that we are unable to deliver to your address as you are in a location that is not covered by the required delivery method. Please contact us if you would like a delivery quote and we can investigate alternatives.
