What are the different types of sofas available?
We specialise in modular sofas that come in a wide range of styles. Modular sofas can be configured in any shape and size to suit your design preferences and room size. We also offer basic 2 and 3-seater sofas, as well as armchairs.
What is the typical delivery time for a new sofa in the UK?
Sofas are typically delivered 10-12 weeks after placing your order, however, sofa delivery times are different for each sofa. Refer to the specification section on the product page for an accurate delivery time.
What are the payment options available for ordering a new sofa in the UK?
We offer a variety of payment options including up to 12 months of interest-free credit - find out more about our finance options. You can apply for finance when you get to the payment stage at checkout.
Can I return my new sofa if it doesn't fit my space?
Made-to-order sofas cannot be returned. Please ensure you are happy with your selection before placing the order. Contact the team if you need help choosing a sofa to fit in your space, also order fabric samples to ensure you are happy with your fabric choice. Read more about our refund policy here.

Yes, all of our made-to-order sofa collections come with a 15 year structural warranty and a 1 year full warranty - find our more about our warranty policy.
