Is your furniture in stock?
We hold a large range of furniture in stock in our Midlands warehouse. You can check the live availability of any set directly on the product page, where you’ll see a delivery timeframe clearly stated (e.g. “Delivery in X days”).
We also offer pre-orders on incoming stock. Where this applies, the product page will clearly state a message such as “Pre-order for early-to-mid [month] delivery” with an estimated timeframe.
All stock and delivery timings shown on our website are live and regularly updated, but if in doubt, call our team or use Live Chat - we’ll be happy to confirm availability and delivery times for you.
Can I book my delivery?
We are unable to pre-book delivery dates & times when placing your order. The delivery team will email you with a confirmed delivery day if your delivery method is Quatropi Delivery. The driver will call you 30 minutes before they arrive on your delivery day.
Is assembly included with my order?
Assembly is not included as standard. However, we may be able to arrange an assembly service for you, depending on availability. If you’d like to add this option, please contact our team via Live Chat before placing your order. Assembly prices vary based on the items and your delivery location.
