Does your ex-display furniture come with a warranty?
Absolutely! All ex-display furniture comes with a 1-year structural warranty, covering manufacturing defects or faults in the frame, hardware, and accessories. This does not cover any imperfections present at the time of purchase. For full details, please see our Warranty page.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes! Our modest showroom is located at our main warehouse in Nuneaton, conveniently between Birmingham and Coventry. Contact our team via Live Chat to book a showroom appointment.
Is your furniture in stock?
We hold a large range of furniture in stock in our Midlands warehouse. You can check the live availability of any set directly on the product page, where you’ll see a delivery timeframe clearly stated (e.g. “Delivery in X days”).
We also offer pre-orders on incoming stock. Where this applies, the product page will clearly state a message such as “Pre-order for early-to-mid [month] delivery” with an estimated timeframe.

Is assembly included with my order?
