FAQ's

Get a head start on your furniture order with these frequently asked questions. Contact our team if you have any further questions or would like to discuss your order.

Is your furniture in stock?

We hold a large range of furniture in stock in our Midlands warehouse. You can check the live availability of any set directly on the product page, where you’ll see a delivery timeframe clearly stated (e.g. “Delivery in X days”).

We also offer pre-orders on incoming stock. Where this applies, the product page will clearly state a message such as “Pre-order for early-to-mid [month] delivery” with an estimated timeframe.

All stock and delivery timings shown on our website are live and regularly updated, but if in doubt, call our team or use Live Chat - we’ll be happy to confirm availability and delivery times for you.

What is a modular sofa?

A modular sofa, also known as a sectional sofa, is made up of individual sofa modules that can be combined in various ways. This flexibility allows you to create a sofa in any shape or size to perfectly suit your space. We specialise in modular sofas, offering a market-leading range of sectional sofa designs to fit every home.

Can I book my delivery?

We are unable to pre-book delivery dates & times when placing your order. The delivery team will email you with a confirmed delivery day if your delivery method is Quatropi Delivery. The driver will call you 30 minutes before they arrive on your delivery day.
