Get a head start on your furniture order with these frequently asked questions. Contact our team if you have any further questions or would like to discuss your order.
Can I mix and match tables and chairs?
Absolutely! You can mix and match dining tables and chairs to create the perfect look for your space. If you see a dining set you like but prefer a different table or set of chairs, simply add the items separately to your cart - we’ll automatically apply a set-price discount at checkout.
What is a return swivel dining chair?
Return swivel dining chairs are just like swivel chairs, with the added benefit that they return to their original position. This means that when you stand up, instead of the chairs being all over the place, they rotate back to a neat and tidy position.
Is assembly included with my order?
Assembly is not included as standard. However, we may be able to arrange an assembly service for you, depending on availability. If you’d like to add this option, please contact our team via Live Chat before placing your order. Assembly prices vary based on the items and your delivery location.
Can I book my delivery?
We are unable to pre-book delivery dates & times when placing your order. The delivery team will email you with a confirmed delivery day if your delivery method is Quatropi Delivery. The driver will call you 30 minutes before they arrive on your delivery day.
