Is your furniture in stock?
We hold a large range of furniture in stock in our Midlands warehouse. You can check the live availability of any set directly on the product page, where you’ll see a delivery timeframe clearly stated (e.g. “Delivery in X days”).
We also offer pre-orders on incoming stock. Where this applies, the product page will clearly state a message such as “Pre-order for early-to-mid [month] delivery” with an estimated timeframe.
All stock and delivery timings shown on our website are live and regularly updated, but if in doubt, call our team or use Live Chat - we’ll be happy to confirm availability and delivery times for you.
Do you have a showroom?

Can I book my delivery?
We are unable to pre-book delivery dates & times when placing your order. The delivery team will email you with a confirmed delivery day if your delivery method is Quatropi Delivery. The driver will call you 30 minutes before they arrive on your delivery day.
